Telecentric
CCD Camera System

Aberlink's
CCD Camera System offers a non-contact measurement facility
on a CMM. A custom-designed telecentric lens gives aberration-free
images on the monitor. A clever design of magnetic joint means
that the camera can be changed for the probe in just seconds. |

Aberlink
3D Measurement Software

The
revolutionary Aberlink 3D software is specially designed around
a graphical interface. As a component is inspected, a picture
is created on the monitor. Dimensions between measured features
are then 'picked off' as required, exactly as they appear on
the component drawing. |

Optical
Linear Encoder

Aberlink
have also designed their own linear encoder system using patented
reflective optical technology. These offer a high accuracy readhead
at low cost. The heads are tolerant to set up errors and are
compatible with most counter cards via their quadranture squarewave
output. |

Venture Vision Machine

Some
things just can't be measured with a touch trigger probe. The
Venture Vision System brings together a totally optical measuring
system, (manufactured by Baty, in the UK), with the Aberlink
3D measurement software. The results are quite amazing - available
as a manual or CNC machine. |

Profile Projectors

Projectors
have been around for many years and their uses are well known.
But now, by fitting a PC running the Aberlink 3D measurement
software, productivity can be dramatically increased. Also graphical
or tabulated inspection reports can be generated at the click
of a mouse button. |

Where
3D inspection is required against a CAD based model, Poer Inspect
software offers comparison against all mainstream CAD formats
for both manual and CNC CMMs. Reports are presented graphically
so that any discrepancies can be identified at a glance. |
